Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Soberday ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Soberday is a personal health tracking application that helps users monitor alcohol-free days and visualize health data from Apple HealthKit. The app provides tools for tracking sober days, viewing sleep and heart rate data, and calculating savings from reduced alcohol consumption.

Not Medical Advice

Soberday is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The health data displayed in the app is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, especially regarding alcohol dependency or withdrawal.

Subscriptions and Payments

Soberday offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $29.99/year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your check-in data.
• You must be at least 17 years old to use Soberday.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and iCloud account.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Soberday are the property of tknzk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Limitation of Liability

Soberday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tknzk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or health-related decisions made based on app data.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of Soberday is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
